Story Hibernation:
The story begins exactly from the same where "Rajnagar Rakshak" was left, in the National Museum of the Rajnagar. Mechanic has been arrived there with the purpose of stealing Analyzer Weapon created by British scientists.
Scene 1: Rajnagar National Museum a few months ago - Inspector Steel is trying to prevent Mechanic. After dealing with enough troubles, Steel succeed to stopping Mechanic in collaboration with Anees Raza. Mechanic tried to tell about a massive destruction, but Steel whose behavior has changed a little threatens him to remain silent.
Scene 2: At the same time, Commissioner Rajan Mehra's residence - Dhruv his mother Rajni and sister Shweta are getting ready for the dinner. Suddenly, they attacked by Metallica, who is a live metal Humanoid. Shweta, who is a scientist also beat Metallica with the help of 4 Drones.
Scene 3: Dr. Anees Raza's Lab - Dhruv and Shweta meets Doctor Anees Raza for testing the live metal Humanoid Metallica, where Steel is also present. Steel wants that Doctor Anees Raza and Shweta do research on the live metal Humanoid Metallica and create Live Metal Police Cops for the future. Dhruv and Shweta argue about this idea and Shweta recalls some incidents of bygone days.
Scene 4: A few days ago, at the residence of Rajan Mehra - Natasha is worried about her today and future with Dhruv. Dhruv says Natasha to leave the world of crime and come to him. In reply she told him to stop the fight against crime. Dhruv says he will leave the fight against crime when he will feel that Raj Nagar is in safe hands now. Few days after - In a public gathering Commissioner of Police Rajan Mehra demonstrate the future of police crime fighter Drones. These Drones are not only handle minor crimes but are also capable of dealing with high level criminals. These are not only defenders but protectors as well.
Scene 5: Dead End Hibernation Present Time - Indian Army rescue aircraft came looking for someone and suddenly get attacked (Read the first part -Rajnagar Rakshak). But the pilot survived the attack. That pilot is actually Natasha and now her contact has been lost to the base. On the other hand at the same time some unknown place - Commissioner Mehra, Nakshtra, Black Cat and some other people are now believed that they lost their commando Delta. Now Nakshtra and Black Cat are preparing to go on the rescue mission. Natasha/delta who is still alive, she encountered a group of Humanoids. After eliminating those Humanoids, Natasha gets attack by Farsa and Hammer. Just then Inspector Salma Khan comes there and takes Natasha to a secure location.
Scene 6: Hibernation, Earlier Raj Nagar Police Headquarters (Present Time) - Anees has imprisoned by Steel for unknown purpose and is forcing him. Meanwhile, Shweta and Commando Force Cadets bring up Dhruv to the same place.
Scene 7: A few months ago, Raj Nagar Police Headquarters - Steel is frustrated with his feelings. He is frustrated because of his half-body which is neither fully human nor mechanical. Steel says to Salma that Anees did a huge mistake leaving Amar's memories alive inside him. Now either Amar or Steel one can live in this mechanical body.
Scene 8: Same time at Robo's Headquarter - Robo wants to bring back the old days when he was ruled over the world of crime. Robo planned to prepare Humanoid Robo Army from the live metal and Wonder-Woman is willing to help him in this task. Black Cat secretly hears Robo, Natasha and Wonder-Woman and told their secret to Dhruv. To stealing the sample of Live Metal Natasha reached to Doctor Anees Raza's lab along with Robo Army. But that plan was not occurred only in a single mind. Octopus gang with his Commander Octopussy also arrives there. Robo Army and octopus gang clashed with each other. Meanwhile, Shweta is pretending to be senseless, Dr Anees took her to a safe place and after that he alerted the combat Drones and Inspector Steel. In all this Shweta gets a chance to be Chandika. The Super Cop - Inspector Steel arrived there with the Combat Drones to finish the whole battle. Octopussy (Roma) ex-wife of Steel (Amar), during the fight between her and Steel they have some debate over old issues. By taking advantage of this situation Natasha succeeds to come out of there with the sample of live metal. But outside the lab Chandika retains her way. Meanwhile, Black Cat reached there along with Dhruv and snatched the sample of the live metal from Natasha. Combat Drones have information of every major criminal along with DNA sample. They identified Natasha and Black Cat as criminals and attacked them in which both get injured. Now Chandika and Dhruv are trying to save the injured Natasha and Black Cat. Dhruv destroys those Drones who were attacking Natasha. But the troubles are not yet over for Chandika. She gets into the industrial explosive-filled trailer with Black Cat. Before the attack of Drones she opened the latch of the trailer-floor and reached below the trailer. Now both Chandika and Black Cat have to get out of there before the explosion. But for doing this they have not much time. During this the truck gets explode.

Review Hibernation:
Hibernation, comic is good but the story is a bit confusing. Not because the story is complicated but perhaps the story has been complicated. Incidents are taking place simultaneously in both past and present. Sometimes past incident shown, sometimes present. Sometimes when the story is in background there is another background story in the current running background story. That is too much confusing. Stuti Mishra did not need to show the story so twisted. This comic is incomplete, I mean to say it has previous and next parts. Who has only read this part definitely will not like it so much compare to the one who had also read the previous.Artwork is just okay. Good but not impressive and that is probably because Dhruva's fans love the Dhruv composed by Anupam Sir. Excepting Dhruv, his family, Commando Force and Natasha all remaining artwork is good.
Dialogues are emphatic and impressive. Tried to make the story entertaining by adding light jokes and Mandar Sir has succeeded in it.
Well, I got to learn a lot from this comic, but two things I will always remember:
- If we evaluate the capacity of the human eyes at megapixels standard then the normal human eye's ability is 576 Megapixels.
- Second, which I had only heard so far has even read today. "Woman's Sense of humor is totally nonsense".... (Not-stop laughs....).
Weak Sides of the Comics :
- As I've told the story has been made a little complicated. Background story, which was started from "Rajnagar Rakshak" is still running. Another story "Few days back" starts inside the ongoing background story, which Shweta is thinking. And after that "Rajnagar few days later". Another story inside the ongoing background story, it could confuse readers.
- In the battle between Mechanic and Steel, Mechanic put a device on Steel's hand. That device can multiply the power of any machine and put it on automatic mode (see page No 4, frame 2). As the result, Steel's mind loses control of his body. Dr Anees reformat Steel's system using Drones and Steel gets back the control on his body. My question is - If you reformat a system it will set to its default settings. But it doesn't make any difference to the attached external hardware. It will start working again after the reformatting of the system, unless it is not removed. That Mechanic’s device anywhere while getting out of Steel's hand, neither shown nor mentioned. In such the reformatting does not seem logical to recover Steel.
- Combat Drones attacks on Natasha and Black Cat, but they both do not surrender and Drones become even more aggressive on this. Whatever comes in their way of lasers, they destroy it (page No 58, frame 2). These Drones were approved by Commissioner Mehra in front of the public. He called them Future of the police. My question is - The Drones was not tested before approving? When they are trying to catch the criminals would not harm the public or public property, would not test?
- This is a Hindi comic, As far as possible the use of English words should be low or non-existent. Firstly the name of the comic is in English, Secondly enough English words were used. Some English words also been used which have difficult to understand to a normal Hindi comics reader. Hindi words should be used as much as possible. I agree that this comic is based on Science Fiction. But even some scenes could be written in Hindi instead of English words. Such as: Analytical, Detach, Mannequin, Lubricate, Identity Reveal etc.
Strong Sides of the Comics:
- The story is fresh and comic have good and emphatic dialogue.
- The concept is very impressive and it has been embellished in a very good way.
- Dhruv and Steel both are the protectors of Rajnagar. It took almost 20 years, both to come together in a comic (except Multistarer). The pair should have come early enough, well better late than never.
- Shweta, who has a superior scientist brains. The first time has been full justice to her. Actually, she does not get justice to her role because of her second personality Chandika who was dominates on Shweta in every comic and story. But in this story Shweta's role is main and crucial.
- Stuti Mishra collects all these pearls, put them together and made a necklace wonderfully. Dhruv, Shweta, Steel, Anees, Salma, Natasha etc everyone has their best role.

कहानी सार हाइबरनेशन:
कहानी शुरू होती है ठीक वहीँ से जहाँ "राजनगर रक्षक" में छोड़ी गयी थी यानी राजनगर नेशनल म्यूजियम से। जहाँ मैकेनिक दाखिल हो चुका है ब्रिटिश वैज्ञानिकों द्वारा बनाए गए एनालाइजर वेपन को चुराने के मकसद से।दृश्य 1: राजनगर नेशनल म्यूजियम कुछ महीने पहले- स्टील मैकेनिक को रोकने का प्रयास कर रहा है। काफी मश्कतों के बाद स्टील अनीस रज़ा के सहयोग से मैकेनिक को रोकने में सफल होता है। मैकेनिक स्टील को किसी भीषण विनाश के बारे में बताना की कोशिश करता है, परन्तु स्टील जिसका व्यवहार कुछ बदला हुआ सा है उसे चुप रहने की धमकी देता है।
दृश्य 2: उसी समय कमिश्नर राजन मेहरा के निवास पर- ध्रुव उसकी माँ और बहन श्वेता डिनर की तैयारी कर रहे हैं। तभी उन पर मेटालिका द्वारा हमला किया जाता है जो की लाइव मेटल हुमनोइड है। श्वेता, जोकि एक साइंटिस्ट भी है अपने 4 ड्रोन्स की सहायता से मेटालिका को हरा देती है।
दृश्य 3: डॉक्टर अनीस रज़ा की लैब- ध्रुव और श्वेता मेटालिका यानी लाइव मेटल हुमनोइड के परीक्षण के लिए डॉक्टर अनीस रज़ा से मिलते है जहाँ स्टील भी मौजूद है। स्टील चाहता है की डॉक्टर अनीस और श्वेता इस लाइव मेटल हुमनोइड मेटालिका पर शोध कर के इसे लाइव मेटल पुलिस का रूप दें। स्टील की इस बिचार को लेकर श्वेता और ध्रुव में बहस होती है और श्वेता बीते दिनों की कुछ घटनाएं याद करती है।
दृश्य 4: कुछ दिन पहले राजन मेहरा के आवास पर- नताशा ध्रुव के साथ अपने आज और भविष्य को लेकर चिंता में है। ध्रुव उसको अपराध की दुनिया छोड़ने के लिए कहता है तो नताशा उसे अपराध के खिलाफ लड़ाई बंद करने को कहती है। ध्रुव कहता है की वो अपराध के खिलाफ लड़ाई छोड़ देगा जब उस लगेगा की राजनगर सुरक्षित हाथों में है। इस के कुछ दिनों बाद पुलिस कमिश्नर राजन मेहरा पुलिस और अपराध के खिलाफ जंग के भविष्य यानी लड़ाकू ड्रोन्स को दुनिया के सामने प्रदर्शित करते हैं। ये ड्रोन्स न केवल छोटे-मोटे अपराधों बल्कि बड़े अपराधियों से निपटने में भी सक्षम हैं। ये केवल रक्षक ही नहीं संरक्षक भी हैं।
दृश्य 5: डेड एंड हाइबरनेशन वर्तमान समय- इंडियन आर्मी का बचाव विमान जो किसी की तलाश में आया था, उस पर हमला हो जाता है (इसके बारे में जानने के लिए पढ़ें पहला भाग -राजनगर रक्षक)। लेकिन इस हमले में पायलट बच जाता है। वो पायलट असल में नताशा है और अब उसका संपर्क बेस से टूट चूका है। वहीँ दूसरी और उसी वक़्त किसी अज्ञात जगह पर कमिश्नर मेहरा, नक्षत्र, ब्लैक कैट और कुछ अन्य लोग ये मान चुके हैं की उनका भेजा डेल्टा कमांडो मारा जा चुका है। अब नक्षत्र और ब्लैक कैट बचाव अभियान पर जाने की तैयारी कर रहे हैं। नताशा/डेल्टा जो की अभी जीवित है उसका सामना होता है हुमनोइड के एक दल से। उन हुमनोइड का सफाया करने के बाद नताशा पर फरसा और हैमर का हमला हो जाता है। ठीक तभी इंसेप्क्टर सलमा खान वहां आ जाती है और नताशा को बचाकर एक सुरक्षित स्थान पर ले जाती है।
दृश्य 6: हाइबरनेशन, पहले का राजनगर पुलिस मुख्यालय (वर्तमान समय)- स्टील ने अनीस को किसी मकसद से कैद कर रखा है और उसे मजबूर कर रहा है। वहीँ श्वेता और कमांडो फ़ोर्स कैडिट्स ध्रुव को पकड़कर ले आते हैं।
दृश्य 7: कुछ महीने पहले, राजनगर पुलिस मुख्यालय- स्टील अपनी भावनाओ को काबू न कर पाने की बजह से हताश है। वो हताश है अपने आधे-अधूरे शरीर से जो की न तो पूरी तरह से मानवीय है न ही मशीनी। स्टील इंस्पेक्टर सलमा से कहता है की, अनीस ने एक बड़ी गलती कर दी है अमर और उसकी यादों को स्टील के इस शरीर में ज़िंदा छोड़ कर। अब या तो अमर या स्टील दोनों में से कोई एक ही ज़िंदा रह सकता है इस मशीनी शरीर में।
दृश्य 8: उसी समय रोबो के हेडक्वार्ट्स पर- रोबो फिर से अपने पुराने दिन वापस लाना चाहता है जब उसका अपराध की दुनिया पर एकछत्र राज था। वह लाइव मेटल हुमनोइड रोबो आर्मी तैयार करने की योजना बनता है और वंडर-वूमेन इस काम में उसकी मदद करने को तैयार है। ब्लैक कैट छुप कर रोबो, नताशा और वंडर-वूमेन की बातें सुन लेती है और ध्रुव को बता देती है। लाइव मेटल का नमूना चुराने के लिए नताशा रोबो आर्मी के साथ डॉक्टर अनीस रज़ा की लैब पहुंचती है। लेकिन ये मंसूबा केवल अकेले रोबा का ही नहीं है, ऑक्टोपस गैंग के साथ उसकी कमांडर ऑक्टोपसी भी वहां पहुँच जाती है। रोबो आर्मी और ऑक्टोपस गैंग दोनों एक दूसरे से उलझ जाती है। इसी बीच श्वेता बेहोश होने का नाटक करती है और डॉक्टर अनीस उसे संरक्षित स्थान पर पहुंचा कर कॉम्बैट ड्रोन्स और स्टील को अलर्ट करने लग जाता है। इस सब में श्वेता को चण्डिका बनने का मोैका मिल जाता है। इस पूरी लड़ाई को खत्म करने कॉम्बैट ड्रोन्स के साथ आ पहुँचता है दी सुपर कॉप- इंस्पेक्टर स्टील। ऑक्टोपसी (रोमा) स्टील (अमर) की पूर्व पत्नी, उसके और स्टील के बीच लड़ाई के दौरान कुछ पुरानी बातों को लेकर बहस होती है। इन सब का फायदा उठा कर नताशा लाइव मेटल का नमूना लेकर वहां से निकलने में सफल होती है। लेकिन लैब के बहार चण्डिका उसका रास्ता रोक लेती है। इसी बीच ब्लैक कैट ध्रुव को लेकर वहां पहुँच जाती है और नताशा से वो लाइव मेटल का नमूना छीन लेती है। कॉम्बैट ड्रोन्स जिनके डेटाबेस में हर बड़े अपराधी की जानकारी भरी हुई है, नताशा और ब्लैक कैट पर हमला कर देते हैं जिसमे दोनों घायल हो जाती हैं। ध्रुव और चण्डिका घायल नताशा और ब्लैक कैट को बचाने में लग जाते हैं। ध्रुव नताशा के पीछे लगे ड्रोन्स को बेकार कर देता है। लेकिन चण्डिका के लिए अभी मुसीबतें खत्म नहीं हुई। वो ब्लैक कैट को लेकर इंडस्ट्रियल एक्सप्लोसिव से भरे ट्रेलर में घुस जाती है। ड्रोन्स के हमले करने से पहले वो दोनों ट्रेलर के फर्श पर बनी कुण्डी खोलकर ट्रेलर के नीचे पहुँच जाती हैं। अब चण्डिका और ब्लैक कैट दोनों को बिस्फोट होने से पहले वहां से निकलना है। इसके लिए उनके पास ज्यादा वक़्त नहीं है। इसी बीच विस्फोट हो जाता है।
क्या चण्डिका और ब्लैक कैट विस्फोट में बच सकीं?
क्यों और कैसे बदल गया इंस्पेक्टर स्टील?
अब क्या होगा कैद कर लिए गए ध्रुव का?
आखिर कैसे बन गया राजनगर हाइबरनेशन?
तमाम सवालों के जवाब तब-तक नहीं मिलेंगे जब तक के नहीं हो जाता...राजनगर रिबूट
समीक्षा हाइबरनेशन:
हाइबरनेशन कॉमिक्स अच्छी है लकिन कहानी थोड़ी भ्रमित कर रही है। इसलिए नहीं की कहानी पेचीदा है बल्कि इसलिए की कहानी को शायद पेचीदा बना दिया गया है। घटनाएं भूत और वर्तमान दोनों में साथ-साथ चल रही हैं। कहीं भूत आ जाता है तो कहीं वर्तमान, तो कहीं भूत के अंदर एक और भूत। स्तुति मिश्रा जी को कहानी इतना घूमा कर दिखने की ज़रूरत नहीं थी। ऊपर से ये कॉमिक्स अधूरी है मतलब इसका पिछला और अगला भाग भी है। जिसने केवल यह भाग पढ़ा है उसे निश्चित रूप से इतना पसंद नहीं आएगी जितना की इसके दोनों भाग पढ़ने वाले को।आर्टवर्क बस ठीक-ठाक है। अच्छा है लकिन प्रभावशाली नहीं और वो शायद इसलिए की ध्रुव के प्रशंसकों को अनुपम जी द्वारा रचित धुव ज़यादा पसंद है। ध्रुव, उसके परिवार, कमांडो फ़ोर्स और नताशा को छोड़ कर बाकी की गयी चित्रकारी बढ़िया है।
संवाद ज़ोरदार और प्रभावशाली हैं। हलके-फुल्के मजाक द्वारा कहानी को मनोरंजक बनाने की कोशिश की गयी है और इसमें मंदार जी सफल भी रहे है।
वैसे तो मुझे इस कॉमिक्स से काफी कुछ सिखने को मिला, लेकिन दो बातें मुझे हमेशा याद रहेंगी:
- यदि इंसानी आँखों को मेगापिक्सेल के मानक पर तोला जाए तो एक आम इंसान की आँखों की क्षमता 576 मेगपिक्सकेल होती है।
- दूसरा जो अब तक केवल सुना था आज पढ़ भी लिया की "औरतों का सेंस ऑफ़ ह्यूमर वाहियात होता है".... (न रुकने वाली हंसी.... )।
कॉमिक्स के कमजोर पक्ष:
- जैसा की में कह चुका हूँ कहानी थोड़ी सी पेचीदा बना दी गयी है। बैकग्राउंड कहानी जो की "राजनगर रक्षक" कॉमिक्स से शुरू हुई और अभी तक चल रही है। उस कहानी के अंदर एक और बैकग्राउंड कहानी "फ्यू डेज बैक" जो की श्वेता सोच रही। उसके आगे "राजनगर, फ्यू डेज लेटर"। यह पाठकों को भ्रमित कर सकता है।
- मैकेनिक और स्टील की लड़ाई में मैकेनिक स्टील के हाथ पर एक डिवाइस लगा देता है। जो किसी भी मशीन की पावर को बहुगुणित कर के उसे स्वचालित मोड पर डाल देता है(देखें पेज नो-4, फ्रेम-2)। परिणाम स्वरुप स्टील के दिमाग का शरीर पर से कंट्रोल हट जाता है। डॉक्टर अनीस ड्रोन्स के ज़रिये स्टील के सिस्टम को रीफॉर्मेट करता है और स्टील का दिमाग फिर से शरीर को कंट्रोल कर लेता है। मेरा सवाल- यदि किसी सिस्टम को रीफॉर्मेट किया जाए तो वो डिफ़ॉल्ट सेटिंग पर आ जाता है। लेकिन इस से उस हार्डवेयर के साथ अटैच्ड एक्सटर्नल हार्डवेयर को कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता। वो सिस्टम के रीफॉर्मेट होने क बाद फिर से आपने काम शुरू कर देगा जब तक की वो एक्सटर्नल हार्डवेयर रिमूव न किया जाए। मैकेनिक का वो डिवाइस स्टील के हाथ पर से हटते हुए कहीं भी न तो दिखाया गया न ही बताया गया। ऐसे में स्टील का रीफोर्मैटिंग से ठीक हो जाना तर्कसंगत नहीं लगता।
- कॉम्बैट ड्रोन्स का नताशा और ब्लैक कैट पर हमला, दोनों के समर्पण न करने पर ड्रोन आक्रामक हो जाते है। उनके लेज़र के रास्ते में जो कुछ भी आता है वो उसे तबाह करते जाते है(पेज नो-58, फ्रेम-2)। इन ड्रोन्स को खुद कमिश्नर मेहरा ने फ्यूचर पुलिस का नाम देकर सार्वजानिक रूप से जारी किया था। मेरा सवाल- ड्रोन्स के उपयोग को मंजूरी देने से पहले क्या उनपर ये टेस्ट नहीं किया गया था की वो अपराधिओं को पकड़ने के दौरान जनता या सार्वजानिक सम्पति को नुक्सान तो नहीं पहुंचाएंगे?
- ये एक हिंदी कॉमिक्स है जहाँ तक हो सके हिंदी शब्दों का ही प्रयोग किया जाना चाहिए। सबसे पहले तो इस कॉमिक्स का नाम ही अंग्रेजी में है दूसरा इसमें काफी अंग्रेजी शब्दों का प्रयोग किया गया है। कुछ ऐसे अंग्रेजी शब्द भी हैं जिनका की एक सामान्य हिंदी कॉमिक्स पाठक को शायद ही अर्थ पता हो। हिंदी शब्दों का ज्यादा इस्तेमाल किया जाना चाहिए था। मैं मानता हूँ की ये कॉमिक्स कल्पित विज्ञान (Science Fiction) पर आधारित है। लेकिन फिर भी कुछ दृश्यों में अंग्रेजी शब्दों की जगह हिंदी शब्द लिखे जा सकते थे। जैसे की- एनालिटिकल, डिटेच, मैंनेक्विन, लुब्रिकेटे (Analytical, Detach, Mannequin, Lubricate, Identity Reveal) इत्यादि।
कॉमिक्स के सकारात्मक पक्ष:
- कहानी में नयापन है, अच्छे और ज़ोरदार संवाद हैं।
- संकल्पना बहुत ही शानदार है और बड़े ही अच्छे तरीके से इसे संवारा गया है।
- ध्रुव और स्टील दोनों ही राजनगर के रहने वाले और रक्षक भी हैं। तक़रीबन 20 वर्षों लग गए दोनों को किसी बड़ी कहानी में एकसाथ आने में(मल्टीस्टार के अलावा)। ये जोड़ी काफी पहले आनी चाहिए थी, खैर देर आये दुरुस्त आये।
- श्वेता जो की एक बेहतरीन साइंटिस्ट दिमाग रखती है। पहली बार उसके साथ पूरा न्याय हुआ है। दरअसल उसके साथ न्याय इसलिए नहीं हो पाता था क्यूंकि उसका दूसरा रूप चण्डिका हर कॉमिक्स/कहानी में श्वेता पर हावी रहता था। लेकिन इस कहानी में श्वेता का किरदार मुख्य और अहम है।
- स्तुति मिश्रा जी ने बेहतरीन ढंग से मोतियों को पिरो कर एक हार बनाया है। ध्रुव, श्वेता, स्टील, अनीस,सलमा, नताशा आदि हर किसी के पास अपनी-अपनी एक बेहतरीन भूमिका है।
