It's very hard to judge or evaluate an incomplete comic. Here the "incomplete comic" I mean, which have a second part. 'Moat Ka Marathan' is a good start to 'Sarvnayak Vistaar Series'.
The story and the artwork is quite impressive. While reading I did not realize When it is finished. It hooked until the end.
If there is something missing in this comic:
- Page numbers. Such comics which are longer in story and too many characters should be at least of 96-120 pages. So with the both character and the story can be justice. 20 main characters being shown in 10 different scenes and situations and that too in only 64 pages. Then it is difficult to complete a single scene or situations. In such its difficult to retains the interest of readers until the next part.
- Dhruv watches Badman with arms and chases him. When Badman falls along with his bike, Dhruv did not check the weapons are they real or dummy. Did not care about, what this guy planning or where was he going with these weapons. Such slip-up by sharp minded Dhurv is beyond my understanding.
And finally,
If we ignore these two points Dhruv and Page Numbers, Moat Ka marathon is a great comic. And these two points are not such negative aspects which become the cause of failure for the comic. You should definitely read this.
We can expect even more interesting comics to read in 'Sarvnayak Series'.

समीक्षा मौत का मैराथन
एक अधूरी कॉमिक का मूल्यांकन करना थोड़ा मुश्किल काम है। यहाँ "अधूरी कॉमिक" से मेरा अभिप्राय है, जो एक से अधिक भागों में हो। मोैत का मेराथन "सर्वनायक विस्तार श्रृंखला" की अच्छी शुरुआत है।
कहानी और आर्टवर्क काफी दमदार है। पढ़ते वक़्त पता नहीं चला कब खत्म हो गयी, अंत तक बांधे रखा।
इस कॉमिक में अगर कुछ कमी है तो वो है:
- इसकी पृष्ठ संख्या। इस तरह की कॉमिक्स जिसमे अधिक किरदार और कहानी लम्बी हो उसमे कम से कम 96-120 पृष्ठ होने चाहिए। जिससे किरदार और कहानी दोनों के साथ न्याय किया जा सके। 20 मुख्य किरदारों को अगर 10 अलग-अलग दृश्यों या स्थितियों में दिखाया जा रहा है और वो भी केवल 64 पृष्ठों में। तो ऐसे में एक भी दृश्य या स्थिति का समापन हो पाना कठिन है। ऐसे में पाठकों की रूचि को अगले अंक तक बरक़रार रख पाना कठिन हो जाता है।
- ध्रुव बैडमेन का इसलिए पीछा करता है क्यूंकि वह उसे हथियारों के साथ देखता है। पर जब ध्रुव मोटर-साइकिल समेत उसे गिरता है तब हथियारों को देखता तक नहीं की असली है या डम्मी। इस बात की ज़रा भी परवाह नहीं करता की यह आदमी इन हथियारों के साथ कहाँ जा रहा था? इसकी योजना क्या थी? तेज-तरार ध्रुव के से ऐसी चूक कुछ हजम नहीं होती।
और अब अंत में,अगर इन दोनों 'ध्रुव' और 'पृष्ठ संख्या' को नजरअंदाज कर दिया जाए तो मोैत का मैराथन बाकई एक शानदार कॉमिक्स है। और ये दोनों इतने भी नकारात्मक पहलु नहीं हैं के कॉमिक की विफलता की वजह बने। आपको यह कॉमिक ज़रूर पढ़नी चाहिए।
हम उम्मीद कर सकते हैं की 'सर्वनायक विस्तार श्रृंखला' में हमें और भी शानदार कॉमिक्स पढ़ने को मिलेंगी।
